They have a mechanic check out and make repairs as necessary to make sure vehicles are in good running condition before they sell. Brandon let us take the car to Les Schwab to get the a safety check for the brakes and tires (before we even bought the vehicle) to ensure a safe trip for our son to southern CA. Transparent, friendly and overall good experience

Recently bought a Ford Escape Hybrid from Brandon. Unfortunately, the hybrid battery died about two months after purchase. Brandon helped me troubleshoot the battery initially and then paid for a mechanic to recharge it. The battery wasn't holding a charge, so I had to have a new one installed. Brandon helped me source a battery replacement and fronted some of the money to have it replaced. It wasn't necessary for him to help at all but he did. The car is running fine now.
